Job summary

A Sales Development Representative initiates contact with prospective clients via outbound calls and research, qualifying leads, booking meetings, and collaborating with senior sales staff to generate new business opportunities, aiming for rapid career progression in sales.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through outbound B2B prospecting, research target accounts, engage decision-makers, qualify interest, and book meetings. Meet activity and appointment targets while coordinating with Account Executives to hand over opportunities and support the wider sales process.

Qualifications

Candidates should have strong communication skills, motivation to succeed in sales, resilience, coachability, and comfort working toward targets.
