Job summary

As the Head of Solutions Architecture for Americas at Cohere, you will lead and build a high-performing team, develop scalable solution-selling methodologies, and partner closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive enterprise AI adoption and success.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the Solutions Architecture team across the US and Canada to drive enterprise adoption of agentic AI. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design scalable AI solutions and establish repeatable solution-selling practices.

Qualifications

AI Architectures Cloud Platforms Customer Engagement Enterprise AI Hybrid Deployment Leadership Security and Governance Solution Architecture Solution Selling Technical Sales

Requires 8+ years in Solutions Architecture or Technical Consulting with at least 5 years of experience leading customer-facing technical teams. Must possess strong technical expertise in LLMs and modern AI architectures combined with commercial acumen for executive-level engagement.
