Job summary

The Lab Informatics Lead is responsible for developing and improving LIMS/ELN solutions supporting laboratory workflows, sample tracking, and data integrity. The role involves managing integrations with laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance, and modernizing laboratory environments to support biopharma or biomanufacturing processes. The candidate should have experience with ELN/LIMS platforms, APIs, and laboratory workflows, preferably in a biotech or pharma setting.

Responsibilities

The Lab Informatics Lead will define the product vision and roadmap for LIMS/ELN solutions while managing integrations between laboratory equipment and software systems. They will collaborate with scientists and IT teams to modernize lab environments and ensure data integrity across all workflows.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field and possess hands-on experience with ELN/LIMS platforms. Strong knowledge of scientific instrument connectivity, APIs, and laboratory digitalization principles is required.
