Job summary

The Senior Process Engineer role involves technical expertise in manufacturing science, supporting change management, designing experiments based on quality by design principles, analyzing technical data, writing scientific protocols and reports, and working across teams to improve manufacturing processes and support product lifecycle projects in a pharmaceutical sterile facility.

Responsibilities

The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for managing technology transfer projects and executing Process Performance Qualification batches. They provide technical support for new product introductions, conduct manufacturing investigations, and drive continuous process improvements to reduce product variability.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a science degree with at least 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, specifically within a sterile facility. Proven expertise in Process Performance Qualification and CAPA implementation is required.
