Job summary

Customer Service Specialist position supporting retail store operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining product standards, and achieving sales goals. Requires strong communication, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Assist retail and wholesale customers by identifying their needs, recommending suitable products, resolving concerns, and processing sales accurately. Maintain product displays and inventory, tint and mix products to customer specifications, support deliveries, and work toward store sales goals.

Qualifications

Cash Handling Communication Customer Service Inventory Management Languages (Spanish or others) Problem Solving Product Knowledge Sales Tinting and Mixing

Applicants must be at least 18, legally authorized to work without sponsorship, hold a valid unrestricted driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds occasionally. A high school diploma or GED, one year of relevant experience, paint sales or mixing experience, and multilingual communication skills are preferred.
