Job summary

The Program Lead will build and run a 12-week cohort-based creator program engaging nano and micro creators, coordinating curriculum, speakers, community channels, contests, and program logistics, while measuring success and producing a final program review.

Responsibilities

The Program Lead will build and manage the end-to-end operations of the Suno Emerging Creator Program, including curriculum design, speaker coordination, and community engagement. They will also be responsible for tracking program health, managing creative contests, and delivering a final program retro.

Qualifications

Community Engagement Creator Economy Event Planning IRL Event Production Partnership Negotiation Program Management

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience running cohort-based programs, accelerators, or creator communities. Strong operational skills, familiarity with the creator economy, and the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment are required.
