Job summary

Seeking a Lead Process Engineer to join the site engineering team in Houston, responsible for process management, signoff on MOC/HAZOP, maintaining P&ID registers, and providing technical input to commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting activities within an LNG facility.

Responsibilities

The Lead Process Engineer will serve as the site technical authority, responsible for managing P&ID redline registers and providing technical oversight for process MOC and HAZOP signoffs. Additionally, the role involves supporting commissioning activities, planning, and generating weekly site engineering reports.

Qualifications

Engineering Software (Microsoft Office) HAZOP Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) P&ID Plant Startup & Troubleshooting Process Design Process Engineering Process Equipment Process Safety Process Simulation (HYSYS, Aspen Plus)

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and possess at least ten years of senior process engineering experience within the LNG industry. A Professional Engineer's (PE) license or equivalent is preferred, along with proficiency in HYSYS, Aspen Plus, and relevant industry design standards.
