Seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead operating system for ChatGPT capacity and model deployment, connecting demand forecasting with capacity decisions, rollout planning, and post-deployment learning, working across research, inference, product, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

They will define and operationalize metrics for capacity utilization and reliability while driving cross-functional alignment across research, infrastructure, and product teams.
