Responsibilities

The registered nurse provides patient- and family-centered care by developing individualized nursing plans and integrating evidence-based practice into clinical delivery. They also collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, compassionate care while actively participating in quality improvement and safety committees.

Qualifications

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and hold a valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license. At least one year of acute care experience and a BSN degree are strongly preferred.
