Job summary

The Process Engineer IV leads midstream process engineering efforts, focusing on optimization, complex projects, and strategic capital improvements in pipeline, compression, and processing assets. Responsibilities include overseeing full project lifecycles, enhancing operational reliability, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and mentoring engineers, with a minimum of 10 years oil and gas/process experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead technical authority for midstream process engineering, driving optimization, debottlenecking, and strategic capital improvements. Lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle from conceptual design to commissioning while mentoring junior engineers.

Capital Projects Debottlenecking Hydraulic Modeling Leadership & Mentoring Process Optimization Process Safety & Risk Management Process Simulation (HYSYS, Aspen Plus) Project Management Regulatory Compliance Strategic Planning

Requires a Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of oil and gas process engineering experience. Expertise in simulation software (HYSYS, Aspen Plus), process safety (HAZOP/LOPA), and managing complex capital projects is essential.
