Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Intensive Care Unit, considering their age, cultural background, and psychosocial needs. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, support patient education and discharge planning, and contribute to unit goals through quality improvement and educational activities.
