Job summary

The Business Development Representative drives customer acquisition and account expansion through prospecting, relationship building, and strategic sales efforts in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will drive the acquisition of new customers and facilitate the expansion of existing accounts within the local market. They will consult with customers to understand their business needs and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and surpass sales targets.

Qualifications

Account Management Communication Customer Relationship Management Market Research Microsoft Office Negotiation Networking Prospecting Sales Strategic Planning

Candidates must have three or more years of related sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. A bachelor's or associate degree is required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to work in a field-based sales capacity.
