Patient Care Technician, Full-Time, Nights, 6p - 6:30a, Med/Surg, Washington Township

Provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of licensed clinical team members, including patient rounds, responding to call lights, supporting patient safety, and assisting with supplies and equipment. Collaborates with patients, families, and the interprofessional team, and may facilitate telehealth encounters or serve as a virtual safety associate.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of medical terminology and patient care, and the ability to complete delegated tasks while communicating respectfully with diverse patients and families. Requires current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross upon hire; the role also involves frequent standing and walking and lifting or carrying 40–50 pounds.
