Job summary

A Certified Nursing Assistant provides personal care, supports daily activities, and reports health changes for participants in an adult day healthcare setting, working closely with a healthcare team to ensure compassionate, personalized care.

Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist participants with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities while monitoring their physical and mental well-being. They will also facilitate daily activity programs, prepare meals, and maintain accurate documentation according to care standards.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active Massachusetts CNA or HHA certification and have at least one year of experience in healthcare or social services. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 35 pounds are required.
