Job summary

The Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, client-centered personal care and supportive services to clients in their homes. Working under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor and the direction of the Scheduling Coordinator, the HHA/CNA helps maintain the client’s comfort, safety, and dignity while promoting independence.

Responsibilities

The Home Health Aide (HHA) / CNA delivers personal care and supportive services to clients in their homes, ensuring safety and dignity while promoting independence. They follow care plans, document care, and communicate with the care team.

Qualifications

Requires HHA certification or CNA license in Massachusetts, CPR, and preferred one year of home care experience. Must be reliable, interpersonal skills, and able to work independently.
