Job summary

The Senior Rotating Equipment Expert supports design, operation, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement of rotating machinery such as centrifugal compressors, cryogenic expanders, pumps, and reciprocating compressors within industrial gas production facilities. The role involves risk assessments, design reviews, technical support for plant operations, collaboration with OEMs, incident investigation, and development of best practices and training.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and operational support for rotating machinery across North and South American facilities. Responsibilities include leading incident investigations, overseeing design reviews for capital projects, and mentoring employees on rotating equipment technology.

Qualifications

Centrifugal compressors Cryogenic expanders Design Operational troubleshooting pumps Reciprocating compressors Risk assessment Rotating Machinery Support plant operations Vendors & OEM collaboration

Requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering and over 15 years of experience with various compressors, turbines, and pumps. Candidates must be able to travel up to 50% domestically and be available for 24/7 consultation with plant personnel.
