Job summary

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients. Collaborate with operational departments and the Food Waste team to resolve account issues and acquire new customers.

Requires previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably phone-based, and proficiency with computer systems. Candidates must have GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
