Job summary

Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care, collaborates with teams, educates patients, minimizes risks, and participates in quality improvements. Requires at least 2 years of RN experience, preferably in critical care, and active PA licensure.

Responsibilities

The registered nurse provides patient- and family-centered care by developing individualized nursing plans and integrating evidence-based practices. They also collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, compassionate, and coordinated care while actively participating in quality improvement committees.

Qualifications

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing with a valid Pennsylvania RN license and at least 2 years of experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and critical care or ICU experience is highly preferred.
