Job summary

Provide customer assistance, recommend automotive products, maintain inventory, and support store operations as a Retail Sales Associate at AutoZone.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with automotive parts and solutions, provide product recommendations and diagnostic support, and deliver positive customer service. Support sales goals and store operations by maintaining inventory, following safety and loss-prevention procedures, and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise, and available for a flexible schedule that may include mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Basic automotive knowledge, automotive retail experience, strong communication skills in Spanish and English, and ASE certification are preferred.
