Responsibilities

The Wellness Nurse provides direct nursing care to residents with a focus on holistic wellness and supervises the daily activities of care staff. They are responsible for monitoring resident health, conducting assessments, and ensuring clinical quality assurance in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited School of Nursing with a current LPN license. At least 2 years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a similar setting is preferred.
