Sales Professional - Inside Sales

Build relationships with prospective and existing client families, generate leads, schedule appointments, and guide clients through selecting pre-planned or at-need funeral, cemetery, and mausoleum services and property. Present solutions, explain insurance products, complete accurate contracts, maintain the sales pipeline in CRM software, and coordinate with colleagues and funeral directors to achieve sales goals.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain any insurance license required by the state and a current state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Sales or customer experience and CRM experience are preferred; candidates should have computer and communication skills, a professional demeanor and attire, and availability to work evenings and weekends.
