Job summary

The House Attendant plays an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the hotel. This position supports the Housekeeping team by ensuring guest floors, storage areas, and public spaces are clean, well-stocked, and ready to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

The House Attendant maintains the cleanliness and organization of guest floors, corridors, and service areas while supporting the housekeeping team. They are responsible for stocking supplies, delivering guest requests, and assisting with heavy lifting tasks to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds. Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
