Responsibilities

Responsible for the operational success of MongoDB Atlas customers through system monitoring, alert dashboard creation, and server administration. The role involves diagnosing live incidents, automating troubleshooting tasks, and coordinating with global teams to ensure uptime guarantees.

Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) Customer support Database operations Incident management Linux system administration Monitoring Networking (DNS, TCP/IP) Scripting/programming (Java, Go, Python, Javascript) System performance analysis Troubleshooting

Requires at least 2 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Operations with expertise in Linux administration and networking. Candidates must be US Persons with a CS/CE degree or equivalent and proficiency in at least one programming language like Python or Go.
