Job summary

This role involves providing patient-centered nursing care in an oncology infusion center, developing care plans, educating patients and families, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality and safe treatment.

Responsibilities

The registered nurse will provide patient- and family-centered care by developing individualized nursing plans and integrating evidence-based practice. They will also collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, compassionate, and coordinated care while actively participating in quality improvement committees.

Qualifications

Basic Life Support (BLS) clinical judgement communication skills discharge planning health information documentation medical and medication knowledge nursing process patient assessment patient education RN License

Candidates must hold a specialized diploma or degree from an accredited school of nursing and possess an active Pennsylvania RN license. BLS certification is required, and at least one year of acute care experience is strongly preferred.
