Job summary

Seeking a Technical Operations Manager in trenchless rehabilitation for sewer and pipeline projects. Responsible for technical leadership, overseeing rehabilitation programs, ensuring safety and quality, managing budgets and stakeholder relations, and leading multi-site teams in trenchless solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the safe, technically assured delivery of multi-site sewer and pipeline rehabilitation programmes, selecting appropriate trenchless methods and overseeing quality, safety, programme, and environmental controls. Manage budgets and client relationships while developing teams, improving performance, and supporting estimates, tenders, mobilisation, and business growth.

Qualifications

Substantial experience leading sewer, pipeline, or underground asset rehabilitation is required, including CIPP or related trenchless delivery, CCTV-led investigation, installation, curing, and verification. Candidates should have experience managing teams and concurrent sites, commercial and safety expertise, relevant site safety and competence qualifications, confined-space supervisory competence, and a full UK driving licence.
