Responsibilities

The Stewarding Supervisor manages the steward department staff, ensuring the cleanliness of kitchen areas and the proper maintenance of service ware and equipment. They are responsible for scheduling, training, and coordinating with other departments to meet health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Cleaning Communication Food Safety Inventory Management Sanitation Supervision

Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs and standing for the duration of their shift. A Department of Health TB clearance is required, and a Food Safety Certification is preferred.
