Job summary

The Implementation Manager will oversee onboarding and enablement for high-volume customers, focusing on platform setup, onboarding process improvement, and ensuring quick realization of value. The role involves designing scalable onboarding systems, handling escalations, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer success outcomes.

Responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end implementation journey for Scaled and Mid-Market customers, ensuring successful platform configuration and value realization. Additionally, you will design and scale the onboarding curriculum and infrastructure to support a growing customer base.
