Responsibilities

The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of building systems and facilities infrastructure across multiple sites. This includes performing planned preventative maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC systems, and monitoring building management systems to ensure operational continuity.

Qualifications

Building Management Systems Electrical Energy Management Systems HVAC Inspection Maintenance Plumbing Portable Appliance Testing Repairs Troubleshooting

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or building services and possess strong technical knowledge across multiple trades. A UK driving license and access to a personal car are required, along with the legal right to work in the UK.
