Job summary

The Parts Specialist provides retail and installer customers with high-quality service, assists with store operations, and performs in-store vehicle services. Bilingual skills are encouraged, and abilities in customer service, cash handling, and problem resolution are essential.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level service to retail and professional customers by assisting with parts selection and processing transactions. Maintain store operations through stocking, inventory counts, and performing basic vehicle services.

Qualifications

Automotive Parts Basic Maintenance & Testing Bilingual (Spanish) Cash Handling Cataloging Customer Service Driving/Delivery Problem Resolution

Candidates must be able to multitask and match alphanumeric sequences while providing professional customer service. Familiarity with automotive parts, ASE certification, and fluency in Spanish are highly desired.
