Job summary

Provides professional nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in a hospital setting. Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams, educates patients and families, and ensures safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for designated patients, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support safe, effective outcomes. Educate patients and families, use evidence-based practices and clinical technology, and contribute to team development and quality improvement.

Qualifications

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, a Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license, and American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification upon hire.
