Job summary

A Senior Consultant supports strategic design and transformation initiatives in investment management, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop insights, business cases, and roadmaps. Experience in AI-enabled consulting is a plus, with responsibilities including leading projects, facilitating workshops, designing models, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead or support consulting projects and transformation workstreams, managing deliverables and developing analyses, business cases, roadmaps, and recommendations. Work with senior stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives and AI-enabled approaches, support delivery, and contribute to team development and consulting methods.

Qualifications

AI business analysis consulting project management stakeholder management

Requires five to seven years of consulting or high-performing analyst experience, a track record delivering significant project work, strong analytical and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree with a 2:1 or above. Investment management, wealth, or private equity experience is preferred; AI transformation experience is desirable but not essential.
