Job summary

An electrical engineer provides technical support for power, oil and gas, and petrochemical projects, including designing electrical systems, preparing project deliverables, supporting site operations, and coordinating with project teams. Must have experience with electrical standards, project management, and electrical design software, preferably with renewable energy and data center experience.

Responsibilities

The Electrical Engineer will design and analyze complex power systems, including substations and distribution networks, while providing technical support for fabrication and construction. They are responsible for preparing key project deliverables such as specifications, schematics, and load lists while coordinating with project leads to ensure budget and schedule compliance.

Qualifications

AutoCAD or Similar CAD Software Data Center Power Design Design Engineering Electrical Engineering ETAP or Equivalent Software Material Specification Power Systems Project Coordination Renewable Energy Systems Wind and Solar Power

Candidates must possess an accredited engineering degree and 3-5 years of detailed electrical engineering experience. Proficiency in industry standards such as NEC, NFPA, and IEEE is required, along with technical knowledge of the design engineering process.
