Join us as a Lead AI Engineer and play a key role in shaping the future of AI across Customer Operations. We're looking for a technical leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, building innovative AI products, and helping teams perform at their best. You'll design and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions, define architecture standards, influence strategy, lead engineering teams, and deliver AI capabilities to unlock AI's full potential for customers, colleagues, and the business.

Responsibilities

You will provide technical leadership for AI initiatives, shaping enterprise AI architecture, standards, and governance while building innovative AI solutions. You will lead a blended team of engineers and vendor partners to deliver scalable AI products using agentic AI, RAG, and machine learning technologies.

Qualifications

AI Technologies Architectural Standards Cloud Computing Communication Skills Data Analysis Security Standards Software Engineering Solution Design Team Leadership

The role requires deep software engineering expertise with strong Python skills and extensive experience in designing and delivering AI solutions using Azure AI and LLMs. Candidates must demonstrate leadership in AI governance, LLMOps, and the ability to influence strategy across architecture, security, and business stakeholders.
