Job summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Infant Home Care (Overnight) responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to infants in a home setting, including following doctors' orders, monitoring clients’ conditions, and documenting observations.

Responsibilities

The LPN will travel to client homes to provide one-to-one infant care, including performing assessments and monitoring conditions. They are responsible for executing and documenting doctor's orders and interventions accurately.

Qualifications

Assessment Documentation Home Care Infant Care Licensed Practical Nurse Patient Monitoring

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state of Delaware. A passion for infant care and the ability to work autonomously in a home setting are required.
