Job summary

The Senior Manager of Engineering leads teams responsible for architecting and building AI-native products in ITOM, focusing on large-scale distributed systems, data ingestion, context creation, and value realization through iterative experimentation. The role requires technical expertise in system design, leadership in team growth, and collaboration across various departments to deliver high-quality, reliable AI-powered software solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow engineering teams to architect and build assistive and autonomous AI-native products within the ITOM Discovery product line. Own the technical strategy, delivery outcomes, and architectural direction while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

AI Data Engineering Distributed Systems Golang Java System Design

Requires 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams. Candidates must possess deep technical expertise in large-scale distributed systems and proficiency in languages such as Java or Golang.
