Job summary

As Product Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of software solutions to support Montu UK's growth and patient care. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize features, and manage the product lifecycle, focusing on innovation, strategic alignment, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and prioritise features, enhancements, and fixes in line with business strategy, stakeholder needs, user needs, and risk. Lead product discovery and lifecycle delivery, collaborating with engineering, UX, business teams, and BI to use research and data to deliver and measure effective solutions.

Qualifications

Agile Methodologies Communication Skills Data Analysis Market Research Problem Solving Product Management Roadmapping Stakeholder Management Strategic Thinking UX Design

Requires proven product management experience and a track record of launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle, along with strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and strategic skills. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required; an MSc, MBA, or other advanced degree is a plus.
