Job summary

The role involves leading the development and execution of enablement programs to improve seller onboarding, role readiness, and workflows with a focus on AI integration. The manager will build scalable systems, foster stakeholder alignment, measure impact, and incorporate AI tools to enhance seller performance.

Responsibilities

You will own the programs and operating system that help sellers ramp fast and execute with confidence, including global onboarding and role-readiness. You will also build an AI-native enablement model and drive the development of agentic workflows to improve field execution.
