Job summary

Provide personal and social care to residents, assisting with daily activities, supporting their wellbeing, and adhering to safety and safeguarding policies. No prior experience required as training is provided, but caring nature and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Provide physical, psychological, and social support to residents, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and meals. Maintain professional standards, adhere to safeguarding policies, and participate in staff meetings and training.

Qualifications

Caregiving Communication Personal care Safeguarding Team leadership

Candidates should be kind and caring with a passion for supporting others. While a Level 2 in Health & Social Care or previous experience is desirable, it is not essential as full training is provided.
