Job summary

Provides patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety. Documents patient data and assists with procedures as directed. Ensures resident comfort and safety, repositions residents, and maintains supplies. Completes documentation, communicates effectively with team members, and follows guidelines. Participates in ongoing education and handles routine responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Provides patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, and safety services as directed by the Charge Nurse. Documents patient information accurately and maintains effective working relationships with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Requires an active Certified Nurse Assistant certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring patients weighing over 200 lbs.
