Job summary

Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for flexible home health care shifts including days, evenings, and nights. Provides one-to-one patient care, executes doctors' orders, monitors patient conditions, and documents care activities.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse will travel to client homes to perform assessments, monitor conditions, and execute doctors' orders. They are responsible for providing hands-on care and maintaining accurate documentation of observations and interventions.
