The role involves leading and managing the configuration management function within the Hardware Platform organization, developing strategies and standards, improving change management processes, maintaining product configuration baselines, partnering across departments, tracking KPIs, and supporting design reviews and audits. The position requires extensive experience in configuration management, leadership skills, and knowledge of industry standards and tools like Teamcenter and PLM systems.
