Job summary

Support gas and power trading through quantitative modeling, market analysis, and decision tools. Develop valuation models, forecasting frameworks, and optimization tools to evaluate risk, identify opportunities, and support commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance quantitative models, forecasting frameworks, valuation methods, and optimization tools for gas and power trading, structuring, origination, and portfolio management. Provide pricing, risk, and market analysis to commercial teams, and build scalable analytical tools while communicating findings and supporting model governance.

Qualifications

Requires a degree in a quantitative discipline, experience developing quantitative models in commodity, energy, financial, utility, or related commercial markets, and proficiency in Python. Candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills and experience in areas such as valuation, forecasting, optimization, risk analytics, or portfolio modeling; advanced degrees and gas or power market expertise are preferred.
