Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse in the float pool assesses, plans, and implements patient care across various departments and sites within the organization. They must remain flexible to travel between locations and participate in continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an Associate's degree in Nursing and a current nursing license in the state of employment. At least one year of acute care nursing experience and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.
