Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse delivers patient care by assessing needs, creating and implementing care plans, and evaluating treatment outcomes. They also serve as a point of contact for care coordination and act as a patient safety advocate within the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Care Planning and Implementation Compassionate Care Evidence Based Practice Health Education Interprofessional Collaboration Medication Administration Nursing Judgment Patient Advocacy Patient Assessment Quality Improvement

Candidates must hold a valid nursing license and possess either an Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
