Job summary

Waymo is seeking a Network Operations Manager to lead and manage network infrastructure, ensure operational excellence, oversee incident management, and implement automation strategies. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in managing high-availability networks, with a focus on continuous process improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team of engineers to manage resilient digital infrastructure and oversee the full lifecycle of network services. Drive the transition from manual configurations to automated operations while managing high-severity incidents and strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

Requires over 7 years of network operations experience, including at least 2 years in a management role and a B.S. in Computer or Electrical Engineering. Candidates should possess strong technical proficiency in CLI, high-bandwidth operations, and a proven track record of building technical teams.
