Job summary

The Engineering Manager is responsible for delivering technical and operational solutions for site issues, managing MEP projects from concept to completion, and supporting health and safety management. This role involves contract management, monitoring plant systems, conducting audits, supporting compliance, developing energy programs, and maintaining systems like CAFM and asset registers. Leadership in project planning, contract execution, and stakeholder communication is essential.

Responsibilities

Manage MEP services, maintenance contractors, statutory compliance, building systems, and technical support for building managers and occupiers. Support the planning and delivery of capital and lifecycle replacement projects, manage engineering budgets and tenders, and develop energy conservation and asset maintenance programmes.
