FitzMark is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative responsible for managing freight tracking, coordinating with carriers, negotiating rates, building carrier relationships, and creating new leads through warm and cold calls. requiring strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a proactive sales mindset in a logistics environment.

Responsibilities

The representative will track freight in transit, input updates into the Transportation Management System, and coordinate carriers with customer freight. They are also responsible for negotiating rates, sourcing new carriers, and maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication.

A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree and at least one year of sales experience are highly preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a 'hunter' mentality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
