Senior ProProduct Development Representatives identify and connect with customers to demonstrate how Pro modules can improve their ROI and value, book demonstrations, develop relationships, and support strategic account growth. The role requires outbound calling, discovery, relationship management, collaboration with sales teams, travel, and operational excellence, with a focus on high-value accounts and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

The Senior ProProduct Development Representative identifies and connects with customers to demonstrate the value of ServiceTitan modules and the core platform. They are responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, conducting discovery calls, and partnering with Account Managers to close deals.

Qualifications

Account Management Communication Skills Customer Success Discovery and Needs Analysis Objection Handling Outbound Calling Relationship Building Sales Time Management Travel Readiness

Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success with at least 12 months of outbound calling experience. The role requires the ability to travel domestically 50% of the time and strong interpersonal skills.
