Job summary

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses in home infusion therapies to provide patient care, conduct assessments, and support infusion procedures in homes around Bronx and Westchester. The role involves patient visits, supervision of staff, and collaboration with healthcare teams, requiring strong infusion skills, supervision ability, and a valid NYS RN license.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will conduct home-based patient visits to initiate and monitor infusion therapies while educating patients and families on administration. Additionally, the nurse will collaborate with the infusion team and may be requested to precept and evaluate the clinical skills of other nursing staff.

Applicants must hold a valid NYS Registered Nursing License and possess at least 3 years of experience in home care infusion, hospitals, or clinics. Proficiency in IV/SQIG and biologic medication administration, along with current BLS certification, is required.
