Job summary

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides in-home nursing care to pediatric and adult patients, following doctor’s orders, performing assessments, and documenting observations for one-on-one patient care in a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

The LPN will travel to client homes to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care, including performing assessments and monitoring patient conditions. They are responsible for executing and documenting doctors' orders and maintaining accurate clinical records.

Qualifications

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current, good-standing New Jersey State nursing license. A valid CPR certification is also required for this role.
